Purchase Details
Raffles Resort & Hotel is now open to guests with the first Raffles Estate residential show villa complete. There will be three phases of residential estates, phase I is already under construction and will consist of four residential estate villas. Phases II and III will be released later in 2011.
A $10,000 non-refundable deposit is required at booking with 20% payable on signing of purchase agreement. This is followed by two stage payments of 15% each on foundation and superstructure stages with the balance, i.e. 50%, required upon completion.
All residential estates are full, Freehold ownership.
