Marrakesh Bathroom Design

Marrakesh Bathroom Design

Dare to be different. This is the message behind these bathroom products. These beautiful decorated faucets and lavatory basins with stunning patterns, colors and textures, are decorated with a special technique that creates raised ruby-like flowers and 24k gold tendrils make me feel like a king.

Named for the ancient capital of Morocco and home to The Blue Mosque,Marrakesh was inspired by Moorish architecture found in this magical city that once served as a stop along a major trade route to the famous Timbuktu. Specifically, Marrakesh’s top found inspiration from mosaics found in a quaint Moroccan courtyard, while the intricate and abstract floral pattern that embellishes the lavatory basin was inspired by artwork found in The Blue Mosque itself.

Luxurious Beachfront Cape Town apartment

Impressive Beachfront Property Renovation in Cape Town by ANTONI ASSOCIATES

ANTONI ASSOCIATES’, the Interior Design and Décor division of the iconic architectural firm SAOTA, latest project combines elegance and sophistication in a beachfront property located along one of the pristine white beaches of Cape Town, South Africa. The Client’s brief was to renovate a ground floor double level apartment in a newly constructed luxury complex. The apartment is entered on the lower ground floor where a formal entrance lobby was created by screening off the open plan kitchen. Here the designers introduced a screen wall with an enlarged portal window to create a view into the apartment.

A new sleek white contemporary kitchen was integrated and flows into the formal dining and lounge area. An elegant fireplace was placed in the formal living area and overall, there is a simplicity and purity of form with a basic palette of black and white. An eclectic mix of bespoke furniture and the placement of the Clients’ collection of South African art and sculpture gives the interior a curated experience. Playfulness Meets Rustic Elegance: The Nussberg Penthouse

Playfulness Meets Rustic Elegance: The Nussberg Penthouse

We love creative interiors! Creativity is a matter of practice, like many other things in life. There’s no doubt that anyone can be creative, as long as he or she looks for less ordinary approaches. When we first saw the Nussberg Penthouse interior, in Vienna, we thought that the client really wanted “a house to remember”. And that’s exactly what Beef Architekti(the studio responsible with the decoration) managed to deliver to their client. Exquisite, playful and with a touch of rustic elegance, the Nussberg Penthouse, with its bohemian setting (an old Vienna hotel with an exterior spiral staircase), seeks to offer a unique living experience, by blending the natural feel with the contemporary comfort.

The penthouse, located on a hill, overlooks the wonderful city. The apartment stands out, due to its “excess” of brightness. You can enjoy wonderful moments, watching the sun at dusk or drink a cup of coffee in the morning, on the terrace. Wood floorings, chairs and different shades of brown, create an environment of natural and almost cottage-like inspiration. The paintings on the walls and the colourful rugs, though, transform it into a more interesting and contemporary home. The result: a playful, creative and bright modern interior.
